Post: #21
Hi..there 'somebody' !!! Tongue Welcome to Flylah !!

(torx - this forum is selling like hot cakes now huh...?? He he..anyway, 'somebody' please refer to my comments in FERARRI RED, it might hurt some feelings though....but REALITY hurts)

somebody Wrote:Hai,
For information..ADMAL Aviation College is a first franchise program of UniKL (UniKL MIAT). This program was proved by the MOHE and MQA.

Franchise huh?? Hmm...let me see, so ADMAL Aviation College is the second site of MIAT laah...CRAP ! :><.:

The franchise program is open to student who interested in aviation but did not get the opportunity to study at MIAT or other colleges.

Opportunity can be considered VIABLE if ONLY the students are able to secure jobs (related to aviation maintenance, of course) when they graduated from ADMAL / MIAT but in reality does it really happened (do check with MIAT Stud. Affairs how many jobless MIAT grads from year 2005 - 2010??)....another CRAP ! :><.:

ADMAL's student will be fully under ADMAL Aviation College and UniKL. franchise students will be study at Admal Aviation College, Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi. The academic module is based on UniKL MIAT module. Franchise student will conferred by the UniKL senate - Hmm...UNIKL senate huh??? CRAP !! There you go....a TRIPLE CRAP issued by 9M :><.: !!!

Cheers...9M

Ninermike,
Yes we are hot! :^^:

Reality is, I know a few MIAT's graduates who enrolled in APR's TAME programme (3 years course) in order to get their licence which is almost guaranteed if compared to get a position in the industry to get their mandatory work schedules... very uncertain path and future... the same path MATA is leading their students.. :><.:

hello
after doing some reading and asking here n there
i gonna take the diploma course in Admal, yeah i know Admal is new in this education field and chances to get employed are low but who knows the future?? `rezeki tu kat tangan tuhan, kita berusaha dan berserah saje, DIA yang menentukan segalanye`
think positive, with diploma in aircraft maintenance, i/we just need 1 or 2 years of experiences(work schedules) to apply for DCAM part 66 license [source: http://www.dca.gov.my/Division/Airworth ... 201101.pdf section 4.6] or can for degree in local or international universtiy

@ninermike, i dont like the way u look/`hentam` at Admal`s college/program.
just for your information, i have studied in a top-5-university in one of the developed countries(yup, not locally) in engineering. i can say this U is a DXXMNED good U (sorry for my language). but i quit halfway because the program didnt suit me, end of story. what i want to say is good university does not create good student or can guaranty student good job, we are what we are, what we become. :Big Grin:

Ninermike; you sure are crappy!!! Let's try looking at Admal from another angle.

ADMAL Aviation College is a private institution on its own rights. The progam offered is a product available at ADMAL. ADMAL remains as ADMAL. Similar to other private colleges offering diploma or degree program "bought" from the likes of UITM or UKM or Overseas University. Having said that: ADMAL should be able to deliver a better package with the diploma as opposed to MIAT OR Inferior - that's ADMAL's call and only time will tell. The real issue is individual understanding of what one can do with a piece of paper in hand AND most guys and gals are still confuse.

NOT FAIR to equate job security with ADMAL/MIAT piece of paper. I believe NO institution can guarantee jobs upon graduation. The issue is you create your own path; the piece of paper is just a key to opening more doors

I get really CRAPPY when people want to do CRAPPY things....(no offence to the others though) but...

please 'HAVE A HEART' to this 'young LAE wannabees' who are interested to join this aviation maintenance industry, any training organisations must be able to guide/create a clear career path in this industry for them. A training organisation must be able to 'sell' their products locally or globally. If they failed to do so...then May the FORCE be with the trainees !! :Big Grin:

well said ninermike :<.<: ... we do concern about the being of this young students .. Appreciate your valueable point bro ...

But ninermike , to judge and say "crappy" about other in public like this is not that nice from any angle ... none of us here is perfect (if sumone "is" than please come forward) ... Also , Admal or any other college, university or any other institutes of education are doing their best to help students to get the best education .We don't know what their plan or how they going be in the future as we can't shape it .

Good sense of words are better than any harsh words in any situation ...

Having fun and drink alot ...

Good is a very subjective word, wayne.
There were no mentions of a licence programme in ADMAL, so I can safely assume it is not. Even if they are doing it, they are not an ATO, yet. :^^:
