Im admal aviation students, now im doing some projects for LAE. So, while im doing some reseach about DCAM Licencing process. I found AG 1101 (1 November 2014) besides AN 1101. It related to AECA (Aviation English Competency Assestment) at DTS organised by English Profiency Unit (EPU).

So what about it? Anyone?

Well, it's actually a test to define the level of competency in English among the AML holders. Apparently, this English test is a mandatory for air traffic controller and pilot. So what it got to do with the maintenance personnel? Let's give DCA a call

If the authority wants to mandates this AG1101; hope they start with the Director of Airworthiness and his boys and girls. Bcoz they gonna be rappin with us poor LAEs whose English level of competency is horrendous and atrocious.

This is another way of creating new business opportunity and to suck peoples money by somebody from dilog.I think they are trying to make this test become mandatory for the AME license holder.
