plis,i have been offered to do dipoma there for jan 2012 intake,i apply MIAT for the second time after not been accepted for july 2011 intake.but now, after spend a lot of time reading threads in this forum...i feel berbelah bahagi with MIAT.
I also apply APR,MATA, very confuse now.. Sad

To be fair with MIAT and you already have an offer to join, why don't you just go ahead and enrol. Sometime, it is unfair for us to give advice via this kind of forum because things get lost in translation. I have witnessed one by one ex-MIAT have obtained their license. Some slow .... I mean very slow but few guys I know ... ... very, very fast.

On the sideline, if you opted for Private Institution ... I would recommend APR ... maybe bcoz I know few guys there Wink Wink Wink

If you have the chance to enrol in MIAT, by all means go. No issues there. Fast or slow it all depends on you. It is after all an ATO.

I know a few who did try a few times until they got accepted.
My advice is, if you want to do this badly try again probably April intake, in which you will be competing with the SPM school leavers..
If you still unsuccessful may be you're not cut out to be one and look for other opportunities in the aviation industry..

Yes you can.
Technical Services department as a Technical Services Engineer. You don't get the same pay as a licensed aircraft engineer but you're still working on the aircraft albeit indirectly but you still help in getting the aircraft out for a safe flight. Is that good enough for you?

You're after the money, not the job or 'passion'.. if that's the case, you wouldn't like it. Take my word for it.
