Can airliner aircraft do aerial refueling?

hye everybody.
i have 1 simple question,
can airliner aircraft do aerial refueling like the military always do?
a brief explanation is ok for me,just curiousSmile~

If fitted with the necessary equipments, yes it is possible.

Real planes have propellers!

yah mr torx,just wonder it is possible right,but maybe in certain circumstances it is used on military...maybe they can show how they do it for airliner because it possible rite? :^^: :)thanx again,curiosity ruled over me Tongue

the reason why the millitary is doing it is obvious.
Now think, why would a commercial airliner want to do it?
If you can fly non-stop using a B747-400 from KL to London,with ample fuel to another diversion airport, is there a need for mid-air refuelling?

That 747 (airforce 1)is not a commercial airliner.
It's a millitary and a 'private jet' and during 'emergency' was supposed to fly with the president without landing as long as it takes.

Real planes have propellers!
