Ainolee Wrote:Dear dude, Its alot tougher than MAS. SIA i darely say, is a very very efficient airline company, watever they do and decide, is always fast and good flow work. (Coz MAS is so under government like tat)....

The interviewers are very strict, and some are very fierce. But las time I met nice one Tongue Anyway, its great if u try SIA interview, who knows u may get in Smile

Juz be urself dude. Best of luck !!

I believe so! Singaporean style : picky, choosey, but quality assured.
Do you think they are very particular on skin condition, weight stuff?
What do they care most?
Like Airasia I think they couldn't care less about appearance, MAS looks into a person see what's within (personality / quality)
What about SIA?

So those "very high quality candidates" that tried on Feb can't go again? It'd be good for med quality people like me then! Hahahaaa Tongue

One day I'll be up in the air, flying like a bird...

Dear Wkayz,

Actually I think most airline's basic requirements including personality and his/her hardworking-ness to assist, help and make sure passengers are in safety during flight. Any airlines will only hire 'suitable' people, especially they see alot in ur confident, great smiles, great shining personalities, good grooming (urself neat and clean always), and how u settle situations... No airlines would hire a 'homesick' or 'princess attitude' person to work with them. And neither weak personalities :O They mostly love independent thinking, when they see u are different from other people!

As for my opinion and heard from others, I do think local (MAS) sumtimes quite bias in choosing. U know, our country system.... Lol.. My fren kena kick out, even before the interviewer listen to wat she said. But wat I see in SIA, they really listen to u, but they are very strict, and wat u nid to do is 'be different' and really positive, fast minded. Very confidently.

Nono, dont say urself 'med quality' !! No one is perfect. Some ppl are born pretty but has no brain, but some are normal look but has alot shining personality!

SIA is strict in skin checking too. But if u hav an obvious tattoo, its kinda high chance to be eliminated immediately Sad But if hav minor scars that can be conceal, pls conceal them !! Tat shall be okay Smile

Bout weight... Juz cant be too skinny or overweight. SIA dont need supermodels, but healthy look.

I love DRAWING WEAPONS..... :O

Are you already an FA?
My problem is skin and weight! ;-(

Well, MAS is a bit biased? I guess. MAS usually goes for Malay, but SIA I see mostly chinese.
Singapore love hiring talented Malaysian to work for them, as Malaysia never seems to appreciate their assets.
I'm not bringing up racism problem, just say what I noticed from the candidates attended each airline's interview respectively.
Maybe I'm wrong too.
